New CEO at Synkron

M.Sc.-E Poul Søjberg will serve as new CEO of Synkron A/S. Synkron's board of directors announced today that CEO of Synkron, Thomas Marschall, has wished to step down as CEO in order to seek new challenges.
The board of directors has appointed Poul Henrik Søjberg as new CEO. Poul holds a Master of Science in Engeneering and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD), and he will take up his new duties on 1 September 2005. Poul Søjberg has served as CEO of Bang & Olufsen ICEpower a/s and as Director of Innovation of the Bang & Olufsen Group in which he held several positions, among these as Group IT Director during a period of five years.
